8

Active Controller

Eights are forces of nature, with a strong presence and personality that values being in control. They are guarded but caring and protective of those around them. As they mask any vulnerability with a tough, no-nonsense exterior, they may seem intimidating

Do you want to know yourself better?

The Enneagram system is a globally accepted personality model that offers deep insight into our core driving motivations. It is a profound process and system for self-discovery that opens up exciting possibilities in the prediction and understanding of human behaviour!

The Enneagram is a system that categorizes people into nine personality types. These types are based on unconscious motivations and behaviors. By understanding your type, you can become more aware of your strengths, weaknesses, and even your "false self." This self-awareness can lead to greater confidence, authenticity, and ultimately, professional success. The Enneagram can also be a valuable tool for leaders and managers, helping them understand their teams and get better results.

What is the iEQ9 Enneagram assessment?

The Integrative Enneagram helps you discover your subconscious motivations and behavior patterns. By understanding these hidden drivers, you can overcome them and develop more positive ways of being. This system helps you take responsibility for your actions and growth by explaining why you react the way you do. There are 9 Enneagram styles, and each person has a dominant one, a secondary one, and influences from the others.
